IN STORE PURCHASES - NEW ZEALAND
While all effort is made to ensure every item/s sold in store is of perfect condition, if any item/s purchased in store are found to have some kind of default such as a broken zip, rip/tear or hole we have not identified prior to purchase, and we are altered to the problem either via text, email or phone call or in store visit and we are provided with either physical or photographical evidence within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund purchase price via an internet bank deposit.
If purchaser changes their mind within the 24 hour time frame from purchase, while not required to by law, we will refund via a store credit to the amount paid for the item/s, presuming that they are in the exact same condition in which they had been sold and obviously unworn.
ONLINE PURCHASES - NEW ZEALAND
All goods ordered through our online store can be returned for a refund less the shipping costs (NZD $12.00 on New Zealand orders) within 7 days of receipt of goods. While the returned package is in transit it is under the customer's responsibility. Therefore we always advise using a courier with a traceable service. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded. If you live nearby you are also welcome to return your order to the staff in our store.
To return your order email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reason for return. You will then receive an email with return instructions from one of the team. We aim to process returns within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Product(s) must be returned in unused condition.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. These items are for final sale. Please choose wisely and do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance regarding sizing and fit. Contact us via email at email@example.com.
Any items that arrive to us outside of our policy guidelines will be be returned to you.
Once we receive your return your refund will automatically be processed and the money will be internet banked to your nominated account. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service to get an update on your return/refund.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns from non-New Zealand purchasers so please choose wisely and do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance regarding sizing and fit.
