Shipping policy

Item/s purchased from www.nutou.co.nz will be shipped via New Zealand Post.

If purchaser lives in New Zealand, item/s purchased will be sent via New Zealand Post Overnight Courier, Track & Trace, Signature Required.  Item/s will be sent within 48 hours of order being received.  Purchaser will receive a Track & Trace number by which to follow the parcel until it is received.

If purchaser lives outside of New Zealand, item/s will be sent via New Zealand Post, Track & Trace, Signature Required and the associated postal networks of the country in question.  Item/s will be sent within 48 hours of order being received.  Purchaser will receive a Track & Trace number by which to follow the parcel until it is received.

In the unlikely event that the item/s go missing en route, and it has been proven that the sent parcel has not been delivered and signed for by the appropriate person and all details are correct,  Nu to U will refund the amount originally paid by the purchaser.  If it is shown that the purchaser has supplied incorrect details for deliver, no refund will occur.
